Returns/ Exchanges

We accept returns on products within 30 days of original purchase (except for items listed as final sale), and as long as items have not been worn or washed, and remain in their original condition and packaging. 

For all returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If a refund for a purchase is requested, the original cost of shipping will not be included.

CLOTHING ITEMS
We will accept returns on goods that have not been worn or washed. If the size ordered doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or another item. For all returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we need to refund an item, the item cost will be refunded, but not the shipping cost. 

MUSIC ITEMS
At this time we only accept exchanges or returns on music items that have been unopened. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If ordering internationally, USPS tracking usually stops once your order leaves the U.S. and we are unable to track it further. If there is an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them. We do NOT offer refunds or returns on international orders.

Night Owls/ Best Coast can not be responsible for any returns/exchanges unless the customer provides tracking information. Night Owls/ Best Coast is only responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.
